The North Valley Experience
Disney has something called the "Disney Experience" that they want every visiting customer to experience and return home talking about... how they were made to feel throughout their visit. What is the experience we want our kids, coaches, referees, parents, fans, opponents fans and players to coaches to experience?
Any forms of rudeness, lack of sportsmanship, negetive behavior is contagious, creating a negetive experience for everyone.
Positive attitudes and positive emotions are also contagious. Our mission is to provide a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE THAT "WALKS THROUGH OUR DOORS/GATES/ETC." We are calling it "THE NORTH VALLEY EXPERIENCE". The expectations of our coaches, athletes, and game management are to conduct themselves respectfully at all times to all parties.
We are currently in a local, state-wide and national officials crisis due to the behaviors of people towards them. We will be part of the solution to this crisis. Players, athletes, game management AND FANS are not to reach negetivitely or criticize officials, or be disrespectful to the members of the other team or their fans.
ONLY positive behaviors, words, actions, chants, are allowed. Negetive behaviors will nnot be tolerated. Anyone unable to control their emotions will need to leave, and may not be allowed back.
There are four roles in our programs. It is important that you know and stick to yours:
Players Play (They don't officiate)
Coaches Coach (They don't officiate)
Officials Officiate
Spectators Cheer Positively (They don't coach, they don't officiate)
